Kids today don’t know what a two person tree hammock is, much less sat on one with their mom or dad. (I’m talking about kids about 6 to 9 years old. Those are the ones I’m in contact with; not sure about other ages.) So I had to find a picture on the internet to show them. While looking, I found some that were beautiful and would look really good on my patio.
One of the earliest memories of mine, even though it’s fleeting at best, was sitting in one with my mom and dad. I think it was plaid or striped with fringe. We were out in the back yard.
This is a piece of yard or patio furniture that you don’t see a lot of these days. I wonder why not. They are beautiful and made to resist the weather. Mostly they are fun especially when looking up at the clouds or moon and stars from one.
The 5 below are all highly rated and made to be durable whether hand woven or not. Some of these, reviewers stated they have had them for years and “love” them.
